1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of stringcubed.com (the "site"), operated by String Cubed, Inc., a Florida corporation based in Winter Springs, Florida ("String Cubed", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information only
The site describes our research, papers, patents and products for general information. It is not professional, medical, safety, engineering or legal advice. Research descriptions, experimental programs and product plans may change, and statements about the future are not guarantees.
3. Intellectual property
Text, diagrams, films, logos and other material on the site belong to String Cubed or its licensors. STRING CUBED™ and BLOOMINITE™ are trademarks of String Cubed, Inc. MANIFESTER™ is a trademark of Timeplast, Inc., used with permission. Our papers may be quoted and shared with attribution. Logos may be used as described in the press kit. Any other use needs our written permission. Nothing on the site grants a license under any patent or patent application.
4. Products and purchases
Bloominite is sold by String Cubed, Inc. TimeMass filaments and TimePen are sold by Timeplast, Inc. under Timeplast's own terms, prices and policies. Descriptions on this site are summaries and may change.
5. Messages you send us
If you send us a message, idea or feedback through a form or by email, you confirm it is yours to share and does not include confidential information. We may use general feedback to improve our work without obligation to you. Please do not send confidential or patentable ideas unless we have agreed in writing to receive them.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not control, such as YouTube, Google Drive, X and Timeplast. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.
8. No warranties; limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and String Cubed is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
